Our commit- ment to nurture, harness and explore the potential of the students with the principles of including educational, social, cultural and spirit- ual awakening has yielded better employability amongst the students. The transformation from regulation to liberalization, from protection to globalization, from capital to knowledge.as the main resource, demands an altogether an innovative pedagogical approach in College education. That is why, Ramraji Devi Mahila P.G. College provides impetus on inputs to enhance the employable level of students in addition to the prescribed curriculum. The social context of education in India presents number of challenges. The education system does not function in isolation from the society of which it is a part. Hierarchies of caste, economic status and gender relations, cultural divergence, uneven economic development that characterizes Indian society influence not only accesses to education but also participation of children in school.Appreciation of beauty and art forms is an integral part of human life. Education must have the way for a child to develop and increase his/her creative expression. Education should promote values that faster peace, humanness and tolerance in a multicultural society.
